ICMA Student Chapter Texas Tech University
TTU ICMA Student Chapter is one of more than 100 ICMA Student Chapters worldwide. The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) was founded with a commitment to the preservation of the values and integrity of representative local government and local democracy and a dedication to the promotion of efficient and effective management of public services. The TTU ICMA Student Chapter, like other student chapters, was created with the support of the ICMA and strives to introduce and integrate students into the local government management profession and familiarize them with members, resources, and the ICMA Code of Ethics. Any graduate and undergraduate student who is interested in public service with a career possibility in local government is encouraged to become a member of the Chapter. For more information on the Chapter, please contact the student officers and/or faculty advisor.
