2018 Conference Photos

Beginning Thursday, March 29, 2018, The Humanities Center hosted its first international conference. Eleven panels consisting of multiple disciplines explored various facets of "Food and...." Panelists and guests participated in a Texas style BBQ held at the Ranching Heritage Center on Thursday and attended a performative Seder presented by Spatula&Barcode at Congregation Shaareth Israel on Friday evening.
