Daryl Meador

Daryl Meador is a scholar and artist from Texas. She holds a PhD in Cinema Studies from New York University. She is currently writing about the cultural history of West Texas as it has been formed and foreclosed settler colonial political systems. Her writing has been published in the journal Feminist Media Histories, SocialText Online, and the edited volume Bicycle Justice and Urban Transformation: Biking for all?, and her art has been shown in the El Paso Museum of Art, el Museo de Arte de Ciudad Juárez, and at the Ludlow 38 gallery in New York City.
