What is Curriculog?

​Curriculog automates the process of curriculum approval, helping colleges and universities to approve course and program changes and improve communication about the curriculum across campus.

How Can I get Access to Curriculog?

​To get access to create new course or program proposals, you must first attend the Course and Program Proposal Training (Curriculog) training course.

This training is intended for those who are responsible for submitting a course or program proposal. Utilizing the Curriculog software for adding, updating, or deleting courses or programs within the Texas Tech inventory will be covered. Additional training for approval workflows and agenda administration will be offered.

How can I change my email notification preferences?

​The current setting for the email notifications in Curriculog is that users will receive a daily email digest. Users are currently able to modify this for their own account by navigating to the Accounts Module, selecting their account, selecting "All Emails" from the "Email Options" dropdown menu, then clicking the "Save Preferences" button.

Recommendations:

  • Originators: We suggest changing the email settings to receive "All Emails" rather than using the daily digest.
  • All other users (Agenda Administrators, Deans and Faculty, Committee Members): We suggest you keep the daily digest as your default notification settings to limit the amount of email traffic you will receive.

How can I import course detail from Banner?

​When modifying an existing course, we ask that you import the course information from Banner to make sure you are working from the most accurate information about the course.

How can I see who can approve course and program changes?

What is Acalog?

​Acalog ACMS™ is designed to allow you to manage data in one catalog at a time.  Acalog directly integrates with the Curriculog system, so course and program changes are always reflected in the online catalog.

Only authorized users may access this resource.  The current TTU online catalog is housed in this system and is available for review at http://catalog.ttu.edu.
