He is the Director of the McNair Scholars Program (TRIO), he assists students in completing undergraduate research projects and in preparing for acceptance and entrance into graduate school. He provides information and opportunities for those students who sometimes get lost in the transition to college or lack the resources and knowledge needed to apply to graduate school. The Director guides students to better understand the opportunities available to them and how to grasp those opportunities to their advantage.
