The Texas Corn Producers Board Government Internship Scholarship Endowment was established by the Texas Corn Producers Board in 2008. Funds are to be used for scholarships for students participating in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources' Government Internship program.

The Corn Producers Association of Texas promotes and protects the interest of Texas corn producers. Their mission is to build a strong organizational support system and work as a legislative advocate to further the interest of corn producers and the corn industry throughout Texas. By joining together, they hope to continue to make a positive impact for their entire industry and the State of Texas.

The Texas Corn Producers Board is a statewide board dedicated to furthering research, education, promotion and marketing opportunities for the Texas corn industry. A voluntary checkoff program provides their organization with the funds required to enhance and grow the Texas corn industry.

The Texas Corn Producers represent the interests and concerns of all Texas corn farmers. Their wide-reaching initiatives include lobbying on the national and state level, supporting valuable corn-related research, educating the public and news media, and providing information and unity that supports and facilitates the growth of corn production throughout the state of Texas.

There are many issues and priorities at the local, state and federal level the association is active in on behalf of Texas farmers, including: Groundwater and surface water issues; corn markets, including ethanol; regulatory relief; grain producers protection; property rights; farm programs and crop insurance; transportation and infrastructure. Its ultimate goal is to ensure supportive policy exists that allows corn producers across the state to be profitable.
