Retaking an Exam

If you are not successful on your first exam attempt, please submit the form below to donna.brasher@ttu.edu or john.r.gaston@ttu.edu. The information will be reviewed and approval given or denied. You will receive an email notification when you are approved.

Use your exam results to complete the form and use this as a study guide before your next exam attempt.

The state requires a 45 day waiting period between each exam attempt to allow for study and preparation.
