Purchasing & Contracting

The Office of Purchasing and Contracting assists Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University System employees in the procurement of goods and services. The office also has the responsibility of oversight of all University and System contracts. Purchasing and Contracting uses TechBid and TechBuy(SciQuest) solutions to assist Texas Tech University and System departments in accomplishing their procurement needs. more »

Systems and Property Inventory

Systems and Property Inventory Department's primary focus is to provide support and assistance to the users of Techbuy(SciQuest), maintain the vendor data base, and is responsible for the tracking, reporting and disposal of fixed assets and surplus property for the University. more »

Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable/Travel Services Department processes payments to vendors in accordance with laws, policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Accounts Payable also provides on-going education about policies and procedures to University community/vendors. The Accounts Payable Department consists of these areas: PO and contract payments, Travel Services, Direct Pay, and the Purchasing Card Program. more »
