I or my department assume full responsibility for the property listed above while it is entrusted to me. I will exercise reasonable care of this equipment and safeguard it against theft, damage and misuse. I will use this equipment only for activities benefitting the missions of Texas Tech University System Institutions. I will return the property by the following business day from the end date of this agreement or upon separation from my department.

I understand I am required to comply with all requests made by IT personnel in regards to the device. I understand that if anything happens to this device or goes missing, I am required to report this within one business day. I understand that this device is the property of Texas Tech University and shall not customize or alter the device in any way.
