I appreciate the variety of the job — I am a ski technician, trip leader and bike mechanic, among many other responsibilities. At the OPC, the workplace is designed to be a safe place to learn, with support for personal growth and academic success. Bibhav Chapagain, University Student Housing

"Living at one of the on-campus residence halls as a firsttime international student allowed me to transition and adjust well to a new culture. Hence, getting to work as a Community Advisor was the perfect opportunity for me to return the favor to the University Student Housing (USH) department. In addition to meeting people and building new relationships, USH has challenged my personal beliefs and allowed me to think out of the box to solve problems. Being in a customer-service environment as a mentor, a resource, and an approachable individual has taught me life skills that is resulting in a rewarding experience. I am very thankful to USH for giving me this opportunity to work with a group of motivated and supportive individuals that have been contributing to my personal and professional growth."
