Email address could not be found
If you get this error: "The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found." when sending email to student.
IT help central suggest to do two things,
- Update your copy of the Global Address List (GAL)
- Clear the AutoComplete cache in Outlook
Here is the instruction for different version of outlook
1. Update your copy of the Global Address List (GAL)
DO REMEMBER TO Uncheck the box next to Download changes since last Send/Receivebefore you click the download button
Office 2016
Outlook 2013
Select the Send/Receive tab on the Ribbon.
Click Send/Receive Groups and then click Download Address Book.
Click OK.

Outlook 2011 for Mac
No need to do this. Outlook 2011 for Mac does not use Exchange Cached mode and directly connects to the Global Address Book. In this case your global address book will update each time Send/Receive is pressed.
2. Clear the AutoComplete cache in Outlook

Close Outlook
Open Windows Explorer or IE and Paste %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook into the address bar.
Delete the file Outlook.nk2 file in this folder
Outlook Web (if you use browser like, IE, firefox, chrome)
