Incident Report Forms
Campus Security Authority
Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) assist in the reporting of crime on campus. CSA is a Clery-specific term that includes four groups of individuals or organizations within the university. Throughout the year, Campus Security Authorities report Clery reportable crimes through the Campus Security Authority Incident Report Form. Each of these reports is reviewed by the Clery Compliance Director to confirm that it meets the requirements under the Clery Act. Reports submitted using the above form is not a police report. Clery Compliance may consult with TTPD for purposes of initiating established procedures related to Clery Act compliance.
