Annual Security & Fire Safety Report

TTU Main CampusIn accordance with the guidelines established by Texas Tech University, and pursuant to the federal law identified as the "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act", all currently enrolled students, campus employees and all prospective students and prospective employees are entitled to request and receive a copy of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.

The following reports contain policy statements pertaining to campus security, crime or emergency reporting options, emergency response information, crime prevention, and crime and fire statistics for the university.

The crime statistics include certain specified crimes and related incidents that have been reported to the Texas Tech Police Department and other Campus Security Authorities over the past three years. All incidents contained within the report have either occurred on-campus, in the residence halls, or on or near property owned or controlled by Texas Tech University. 

Texas Tech encourages the reporting of all criminal offenses and campus safety and security concerns, and provides information on how and to whom to report crimes.

The reports are divided by specific campus and includ information relevant to that campus. Hard copies of this report may be obtained in person from the Texas Tech Police Department in Lubbock, TX. You may also request that a copy be sent to you via E-mail or U.S. Postal mail by contacting the Texas Tech Police Department during normal business hours, 8AM-5PM, Monday thru Friday at 806.742.3931, or 24 hours a day via e-mail, clerycompliance@ttu.edu.
