My research group primarily focuses on enhancing the safety, resilience, and comfort of structures in extreme wind events. We have the capabilities and resources to work in this area using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, aerodynamic experiments, and field observations. We are moving towards harnessing wind energy as well and will be an important research area in the future.
