How to Submit a Support Ticket
Users can submit support tickets directly from the Open OnDemand interface whenever
they encounter issues or need assistance.
Support tickets can be submitted in two ways
1. From the Help Menu:

- Click Help , Submit Support Ticket from the top-right corner of the Open OnDemand interface.
- This opens a ticket form where you can describe your issue and submit it directly to the HPCC support.

2. From an Interactive Session:

- On your My Interactive Sessions page, each active or completed session includes a
"Submit support ticket".
- Clicking this link opens a ticket form filled with details about the specific session,
making it easier for the support team to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Important Note: Ensure that the "Email" field contains your correct and active email address preferably your TTU email to allow proper communication with HPCC staff.
- On your My Interactive Sessions page, each active or completed session includes a
"Submit support ticket".
