Admissions into the Fine Arts Doctoral Program (FADP) requires an application and admission to the Graduate School at Texas Tech University. Faculty members overseeing a prospective student's chosen track will conduct the primary evaluation of an application, after which a recommendation is made to the Fine Arts Doctoral Program committee for final admissions approval.

All prospective FADP students are encouraged to contact the Coordinator of their desired track (listed here). Students interested in the Interdisciplinary Arts Track are strongly recommended to make pre-application contact with Director of the Fine Arts Doctoral Program, Dr. Heather Warren-Crow, and/or other relevant faculty members in the Talkington College of Visual and Performing Arts with whom you may wish to study.
