Art
See art >The Museum holds of more than 17,000 original works of art, features an eclectic collection of 20th and 21st-century art of the southwestern U.S. in a wide variety of media including sculptures, paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, digital arts, and ceramics.
Science
See science >The Museum’s collections span natural science, anthropology, and paleontology. The collections detail 12,000 years of continuous human occupation on the Southern High Plains; specimen from South Plains of Texas to Antarctica; and maintains collections to document the natural history of our planet, for long-term preservation and use.
History
See history >The History Collection is one of the most diversified groupings of objects anywhere in the Museum. From small political campaign buttons to a 4,800-pound pink Cadillac, the objects collection contains a broad array of objects representing the social, technological, political, governmental and economic fabric of the West Texas South.
