The NSRL no longer houses reptile, fish, or amphibian voucher specimens. These collections were relocated in 1992 to the Biodiversity Center of the University of Texas at Austin:

The NSRL does have a small number of tissues from reptiles, fish, and amphibians in our Genetic Resources Collection. Contact the Curator of Collections with questions regarding the collection.

In addition, some of our specimens are preserved as a Fluid Collection and we hold a Radioactive Collection.
