Copyright of Occasional Papers and Special Publications is retained by the authors. By submitting to the Occasional Papers and Special Publications series, all authors agree to the Creative Commons license of the publisher, Open Access CC BY.  This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon a published work, even commercially, as long as they credit the authors for the original creation and cite the published work. 

Occasional Papers and Special Publications are available in PDF format for free download from the website of the Natural Science Research Laboratory.  Users are allowed to read, search, download, print, copy, distribute, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
