New WTM Station Guthrie 8SE

Station #160, FRSX (Guthrie 8SE), now online on the 6666 Ranch in King County.  Thank you to the 6666 Ranch, and the National Weather Service in Lubbock, for helping to build.  Guthrie 8SE is located 90 miles east of Lubbock in the Rolling Plains.
