You are not guaranteed the room selected. Event schedulers may change room selections based on availability or select a room better suited for your event or due to academic scheduling. Do not announce event locations until you receive your confirmation/approval.

Student Organization agrees not to have food/drinks in classrooms/buildings designated no food/drinks:

*I have read and agree that if our student organization schedules in any of these rooms/buildings, we will not have any type of food or drinks in the rooms/buildings stated below or those rooms listed as "no food allowed" in the rooms features. If we are found to have food/drinks in the rooms/buildings stated above or listed in the features, we understand that there will be fines and we may lose scheduling privileges in those rooms or buildings.
