Our Mission

Retention Management & Innovation will use a people, process, and technology approach to:

• Facilitate interventions that support student persistence through actionable data and evidence-based practices.​
• Initiate and direct development of technological systems and processes to support positive student outcomes.
• Provide a variety of training and development opportunities to meet the ever-changing needs of our students, staff, and faculty.
