The Raider Success Hub (RSH) Student Portal offers many tools and resources to help you be successful in your academic journey. With RSH, you can:   

• Schedule appointments with your Success Team.  
• View holds, alerts, and reminders.  
• Manage appointments and view your class schedule.  
• Complete Tasks and Success Plans.  
• Explore majors, minors, and careers.  
• View Interaction Summaries from appointments  
• Access resources like billing, financial aid, career services, registration, wellness, and more.

1. Visit www.success.ttu.edu.
2. Click on Current Student Portal.
3. Log in using eRaider credentials.

NOTE: RSH Student Portal is for students currently enrolled in classes. If you are returning or are new to Texas Tech, you will receive an email to your TTU email address when you have access to the Raider Success Hub student portal. In the meantime, use the Raider Connect portal to manage your admission application and register for upcoming events.

Your Success Team is a group of individuals whose goal is to support your success. This team includes your success specialist, advisor(s), financial aid advisor, instructor(s), personal librarian, and others! View your Success Team now to find contact information or to make an appointment. 
View your Success Team from the Home page or from the Academic Advising Tab.

This process connects you with a contact for the new major/minor. It does not officially change/add major/minor. 

1. To add a Change of Major/Minor advisor, visit the Academic Advising page and select the Make Appointment to Change Major/Minor button.
2. Indicate if it is a Major or Minor change then click Next. 
3. Select a program and click Next.
4. Confirm your selection and click Submit.
5. Your new advisor will display. Click Schedule Appointment to make an appointment or click Finish to close the window. 

View your Success Team to see the new advisor or click Schedule an Appointment and locate the advisor under the Assigned tab.

1. To schedule an appointment, visit the Home page and click on the Schedule Your Appointment or Schedule an Appointment button.
2. Select the person you want to meet with from one of the three tabs. 
   
   1. Recent: Anyone you’ve recently made an appointment with. 
   2. Assigned: Members of your Success Team. 
   3. Teams: Services on campus such as the Career Center, Life Coaching, etc
3.  Select a Topic and Subtopic. This tells the person what the appointment is about. 
4. Select a Date and Time. 
5. Choose a Location and add Comments to give more information about the appointment or to ask questions. 
6. Confirm. All set! You should then receive a confirmation email, and 24 hours before the appointment you will receive a reminder email.

1. To cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, visit the Home page, scroll down to Upcoming appointments, locate the appointment and click Reschedule or Cancel.
2. Choose Reschedule or Cancel.
   
   1. Reschedule: Select the new Date/Time and Confirm.  
   2. Cancel: Enter Comments and Confirm.

Both parties are sent an email when appointments are scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled.
