RSH Training Overview
An important part of Texas Tech's culture is giving every employee like you, regardless of your location or ability, an equal opportunity to continually learn the skills you need to thrive. Your success depends on having a growth mindset, and we want to prepare you for whatever the future holds. We leverage different training platforms and training methods to provide learning experiences that work best for you.
Starting May 1, 2024, new users must complete an RSH Fundamentals Training session before being granted access to the platform. These training sessions occur every second and third week of the month. Please note this change does not impact current users as your access remains unaffected.
This update is implemented to align with other university access policies and ensure that new users are equipped with the foundational knowledge to navigate RSH effectively. By providing this training before users log in for the first time, we aim to optimize their onboarding experience and set them up for success.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Instructor-led training (ILT) enables us to provide personalized and hands-on learning directly to you— whether delivered virtually or in person.

RR360 Trails Training Site
RR360 Trails is the Raider Success Hub (RSH) asynchronous training platform giving users an interactive way to learn more about RSH at their own pace.
Focus on topics you find challenging, breeze past ones you are comfortable with, complete quizzes to rank up points and earn badges in this gamified experience. Log in today to start your learning journey!
🔥 New trails are added regularly to enable users to skill up and become well-versed in how to efficiently use Raider Success Hub.
How Do I Log In?
- Visit https://texastech.my.trailhead.com
- Click the Log in with Employee button
- Log in using your eRaider credentials
- Go to the ‘Trails’ tab and select the ‘Red Raider 360’ trail
- Click on each Module and complete each Unit. Note: Units are marked complete when you finish the quiz at the end
Quick Guides
Quick Guides focus on the most common features for Instructors & Students. These
guides introduce users to the basic Raider Success Hub functions as quickly as possible
and include easy-to-understand illustrations.
However, we still recommend attending an Instructor-Led Training to get a more robust
understanding of the navigation and all the features of Raider Success Hub.
Monthly Hub Office Hour
Join us each month for our Hub Office Hour and get the support you need. Sign up ahead of time through Cornerstone or simply join us during the time block using the link below!
The Hub Office Hour occurs one time each month (Thursdays) from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (CST).
