RSH Training Overview

We'll be leveraging different training platforms and training methods to provide learning experiences that work best for you. You have the freedom to participate in as many of the different training opportunities as you would like.
Instructor-led training (ILT) enables us to provide personalized and hands-on learning directly to you— whether delivered virtually or in person. ILT makes it easier for you, as a learner, to participate and ask clarifying questions.

- Click on “Library”
- Search for the Raider Success Hub training you would like to register for (training names listed above in the dropdowns).
- Click on the “Request” button for the date and time you wish to attend.

RR360 Trails Training Site
RR360 Trails, the Raider Success Hub (RSH) asynchronous learning platform, is now available. This interactive, self-paced learning experience will allow Raider Success Hub users to learn more about RSH and Salesforce.
Self-paced learning allows you to access training materials at your own pace, meaning that you can focus on things that you find challenging and breeze past things that you already know. This minimizes style of learning and promotes greater efficiency.
Log in today to begin learning how to navigate Raider Success Hub and RR360 Trails, how to find help when you need it and more. This gamified learning experience will allow you to complete quizzes and earn badges, paving your way to a successful experience in RSH.
🔥 New trails will be added regularly to enable users to skill up and become well-versed in how to efficiently use Raider Success Hub.
How Do I Log In?
- Visit https://texastech.my.trailhead.com
- Click the Log in with Employee button
- Log in using your eRaider credentials
- Go to the ‘Trails' tab and select the ‘Red Raider 360' trail
- Click on each Module and complete each Unit. Note: Units are marked complete when you finish the quiz at the end
Quick Guides for Instructors
Our Quick Guides focus on the most common features for Instructors. These guides
exist to help users set up and start using the basic Raider Success Hub functions
as quickly as possible, and include easy-to-understand illustrations.
However, we still recommend attending an Instructor-Led Training to get a more robust understanding of the navigation and all the features of Raider Success Hub.
Hub Office Hours
Join us every month for Hub Office Hours, where we will be available to provide you with the support you need. Sign up ahead of time through Cornerstone or just show up during the time block! Bring any and all questions you have about Raider Success Hub.
When: Once a month on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (CST)
