How to Request Access
Join the Raider Success Hub community by following three easy steps.
Step 1: Complete FERPA
If you have not completed FERPA training within the past two years, you will need to register for FERPA training through HR Cornerstone. Please note anyone accessing student records through RSH or other university systems must maintain FERPA compliance. For additional information and to register, please visit the Office of the Registrar's website.
If you are unsure if you have completed FERPA, you can reference your transcipt in HR Cornerstone.
Step 2: Request Access
To request access to the faculty/staff portal, complete the Access Request form through the RSH Support Center.
NOTE: Student employees who work with other students (e.g., tutoring, mentoring) or as receptionists in academic units may be assigned user profiles in RSH with limited access specifically designed to protect student confidentiality. Student employees should work with their supervisor to determine if RSH access is required and to request access, if necessary.
Step 3: Fundamentals Training
To maintain access to RSH, you will need to register and attend our RSH Fundamentals Training. We offer two versions of this course, one tailored for faculty/staff and one for student employees.
IMPORTANT: RSH Fundamentals Training must be completed within 21 days of initial access. Failure to attend this training within the time frame requested will result in your account being frozen. We recommend registering for training now. Sign up through the HR Cornerstone website.
