Staff Research Panel: Library Resources for Writing and Research
Date and Time: Wednesday, February 19, 12-1PM (Online Only)
Please note: There will be no recording of this event as discussion will occur primarily in breakout rooms on Zoom.
Facilitated by Elizabeth Bowen, Associate Director of the Graduate Writing Center
Join us for interactive sessions on how to best utilize the library for graduate-level
research and support. In the style of “musical chairs,” this online workshop will
consist of several simultaneous 10-minute break-out sessions focusing on practical
library uses, such as how to use research guides, how to sign up for library events,
how to use Google Scholar, and much more! Attendees will also be eligible for special
prizes announced at the end of the workshop.

Tips for Writing and Organizing the Literature Review

Tips for Writing the IRB Application

This workshop will help researchers understand Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols.
It will address ethics training and how to create a Cayuse account for the submission
process and a Citi account for the training. It will be valuable for those seeking
to navigate this complex, multi-layered process, and a great time to ask questions.
