TSI Assessment minimum score requirements are established by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Please check your TSI Compliance Status prior to taking the TSI Assessment.

If you are required to take the TSI Assessment test (i.e., you are not TSI compliant), you must complete the TSI Pre-Assessment Activity prior to taking the TSI Assessment. Please complete the online TSI Pre-Assessment Activity at your convenience.

A review of TSI Assessment Sample Questions is recommended prior to testing.

NOTE: Per the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, TSI Assessment Test results are valid for five (5) years from the date of testing. The validity of TSI Assessment Test scores is based upon the date in which the scores are received by Texas Tech University.
