Thank you for submitting your work to the 2025 Texas Tech University Undergraduate Research Conference! We have an updated abstract submission and review process for 2025, so please carefully review all of the information below before beginning your submission form. If you have any questions reach out to us at true@ttu.edu!
Reminder: Abstracts must be submitted and approved before 11:59 PM on Monday, February 10, 2025! We recommend students submit their abstracts before February 10, to give their mentors sufficient time to review and approve their submission.
Before You Submit
- Only one presenter will be allowed per abstract; we will not approve co-presenters. Multiple presenters from the same project are allowed (actually encouraged!), but each presenter must submit a separate abstract.
- Please note this is a timed application. We strongly encourage applicants to compose their abstracts beforehand to ensure they have ample time to complete and review them before submitting.
- Double check spelling and capitalization. Submitted data will be used to create name tags and shared on the TTU URC website.
- Be sure to review our Presenter Information page for abstract preparation guidelines, the TTU URC Impact Areas prior to submitting.
- Students working on multiple projects are welcome to submit up to 2 unique abstracts.
- Faculty mentors, please watch for emails from the abstract review system after your student submits. Please see more detailed instructions below!
Internal Abstract Submission Instructions
These instructions are for projects where both the student presenter and the supervising faculty mentor are affiliated with Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. You both must have an eRaider account to be able to access the form.
- The undergraduate student should use the Internal Abstract Submission button below to access the abstract submission platform using your eRaider username and password. Student's do not need to create a separate account.
- The presenter should follow on-screen instructions to complete the Abstract Submission Form.
- Upon successful submission, the supervising faculty mentor identified on the form
will receive an email with a link to the students application. Mentors must review
the submitted abstract and;
- Either complete their section of the form, sign, and submit
- Or if revisions are needed scroll to the bottom of the form and select "Return for Revision" and provide a detailed reason for your return.
- Students will receive an email informing them of their mentors decision.
- Once the abstract has been approved by the mentor, the TrUE team will conduct a final review. Final abstract decisions will be announced by Feb. 17.

- The student will first need to click on the Create New Account link to set up credentials for managing their submission.
- The student will then be prompted to confirm their email address.

- After signing in, the student should be directed to the URC External Abstract Submission Form.
- The presenter should follow on-screen instructions to complete the Abstract Submission Form.
- Upon successful submission, the supervising faculty mentor identified on the form
will receive an email with a link to the students application. Mentors must review
the submitted abstract and;
