Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Most of my days are spent riding or caring for my horses. They fulfill my need to relive stress, have fun, and accomplish a goal. If I'm not in class or at the barn, you can usually find me at the gym.

Plans After College: Upon graduation, I plan on pursuing a career in the equine industry. I would like to own my own farm or ranch, so that I can continue to own and show horses.

Favorite Thing About Davis College/TTU: Coming from a small, historic town in Georgia, it was a bit overwhelming coming to a campus as big as Tech. Davis College was very welcoming, and it was easy to find friends with common interests and similar goals as me. The professors truly care about the success of their students and the agricultural industry; therefore, they each do their best to advise you and encourage you to work hard and reach for your dreams.

Advice for Future Students: College is the beginning of a new chapter of your life. As cliché as that sounds, it's true. I encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone. This is the time to make lifelong friends, make mistakes and learn from them, and take advantage of opportunities to have new experiences and make memories.
