The 2009 Meat Judging Team Scholarship Endowment was established in 2014 by former Meat Judging Team member, Collin Corbin, to provide scholarships to students participating on the Meat Judging Team. The recipients should have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and be in need of financial assistance, as evident by a lesser amount of scholarship awards in comparison to fellow team members or extenuating financial circumstances.

The 2009 Meat Judging Team was coached by Dr, Mark Miller and Travis O'Quinn, and team members were: Henry Ruiz, Kelly Hutton, Kelsey Fletcher, Amber Krause, Meagan Igo, Abby Long, Josh Hasty, Josh McCann, Brandon O'Quinn, Tate Corliss, Collin Corbin, Adam Copeland, and Matt Bruton.

Their championships include: National Western Championship, Southwestern Championship, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Championship and Reserve Championship, Eastern National Championship, American Royal Championship, Cargill Meat Solutions Reserve Championship, and International Championship
