The Robert B. Price Scholarship Endowment was established by the R. B. Price Family Foundation, Inc. in 2008. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students majoring
in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources.
Robert B. Price was a Texas Tech University Regent from 1943 to 1955.
Robert's son, J. Dudley Price graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science
in Dairy Management in 1953. As a student, Dudley was very involved as a member of
Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Alpha Phi Omega, Alpha Zeta, and Phi Eta Sigma. He is the vice
president of the R. B. Price Family Foundation and retired president of Prices Valley
Gold Dairies. He and his late wife, Gloria, had six children, John, Mary, J. Michael,
Sheryl, Brett and Larry.
