Property Inventory System Access
Custodians, Delegates, & Users
Each department will have one assigned custodian, but can have multiple delegates. Custodians and delegates have the same capabilities when working in the Property Inventory System (PIS), while other users are more limited.
Custodians & Delegates:
- Submit, Edit, & Update Inventory
- Submit Outgoing Transfers
- Approve Incoming Transfers
- Certify Inventory
Other Users:
- Submit, Edit, & Update Inventory
- Submit Outgoing Transfers
