If you would like Undergraduate Admissions staff to discuss your application documents, including those provided for residency, with someone other than yourself, and you meet any of the criteria below we will need your signed permission:

1) You have reached the age of 18; or
2) You have registered for classes at Texas Tech; or

Important: If students would like to take access away from the person listed on the FERPA form, visit West Hall Room 103 to rescind education information access.


FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, is a federal law that pertains to the release of and access to educational records.
