Chelsea Hatch is an assistant professor of practice of agricultural education at Texas Tech University.

Mrs. Hatch has a wide variety of experience that she brings to the classroom. Teaching roles include Intro to Agricultural Education, Classroom Management, Introduction to Teaching Agricultural Education and Student Teaching. She is the co-sponsor of the Collegiate FFA and is the superintendent for the Milk Quality Products contest for Texas Tech.

Chelsea Hatch brings 8 years of teaching agriculture in the high school at Smithson Valley High School and Plainview High School. She spent a year as an assistant academic administrator for Texas Virtual Academy at Hallsville, Stride Inc. With her experience in the high school setting, Chelsea has facilitated many professional development opportunities, served on the PBIS committee, CTE Advisory Board Committee, Ag Department Head, Educational Improvement Council board member, Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System committee, as well as new teacher leader and liaison at Plainview High School.

Hatch received her bachelor's degree in agricultural services and development from Tarleton State University and her master's in educational leadership from Tarleton State University and is currently working on her Ph.D at Texas Tech University.

Chelsea and husband Kace live in on their farm in Plainview, Texas with their two children Kash and Kolly Kay. They own and operate a production farm and cattle operation.
