Undergraduate Degree Requirements
Agricultural Education
Students with an interest in agricultural education major in Agricultural Education in the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications. Agricultural Education features two tracks: Teacher Certification and Agricultural Leadership.
Teacher Certification
Teacher Certification is meant for those students who want to teach high school or college-level agriculture. Students take a variety of classes in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources as well as in the College of Education. This track provides a hands-on approach to learning to prepare tomorrow's top agriculture teachers.

Leadership
Agricultural Leadership focuses on a broad range of skills and abilities that includes communications, education and team building. Students in this track typically work in public or private sectors of agriculture; within ag agencies such as Extension; or in training, development, management, or sales.
