Alex Shrode is a dedicated program director, dietitian, and advocate for those struggling with eating disorders. With a strong passion for helping individuals overcome the challenges related to food, body image, and nutrition, Alex plays a pivotal role in supporting both the individuals affected and the communities they belong to.

As a program director for eating disorders, Alex oversees the development and implementation of programs that aim to promote healing, recovery, and well-being for those who are grappling with these complex issues. With a compassionate approach and a wealth of expertise in dietetics, Alex has built a reputation for providing evidence-based support that prioritizes holistic health, emotional support, and sustainable recovery.

Alex holds a Master's degree in Nutrition, which complements a  deep understanding of nutrition, behavioral health, and the science behind eating disorders. This educational background has equipped Alex with the tools to not only offer personalized treatment but also contribute to the broader discussion about eating disorders within the healthcare and mental health fields.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alex is a loving spouse to Sam and a devoted parent to three girls. Family life plays an essential role in Alex’s personal fulfillment, and she finds joy in balancing work with the challenges and rewards of raising a family.
