10.07.22: The HDFS department hosted their fall semester social at the pumpkin patch this year. Dr. Rogers and her friends competed in a corn maze race against other HDFS teams and won! We had fun navigating the maze, solving puzzles, and connecting more. Of note, we were the most eclectic group with two HDFS professors (Drs. Rogers and Hwang), one psychological science professor (Dr. Ingram), and the awesome spouse (Heather Higgins) of a SIBS Lab grad student (Connað Higgins).

08.23.22: Dr. Rogers and friends represented HDFS at the annual Human Sciences Welcome Back event to celebrate the beginning of another academic year. We had a great time connecting with folks and celebrating award winners in our college.

03.31.22: Dr. Rogers' niece and nephew visited the Texas Tech campus to sit in on her class, “Siblings,” as part of her course on Development during Adolescence. It was the best day of Dr. Rogers' teaching for spring semester!
