Technology Services
Desktop Support
Technology Services supports computers purchased by the College of Human Sciences with a TTU Inventory Tag. Desktop Support covers hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows Vista and 7 platforms as well as limited support for printers. Technology Services will provide the following for Desktop Support:
- Configuration & Setup
- Installation
- Troubleshooting
- Repair
Note: Technology Services will offer limited support to Faculty, Staff and Students for personally owned devices. Technology Services can assist with the setup of TTU wireless internet and offer free troubleshooting advice, but the staff will not troubleshoot any personal device.

Equipment Checkout
Technology Services keeps a variety of laptops in stock for Faculty and Staff to checkout. Technology Services has a digital camera and camcorder available as well. If you would like to check out any equipment, please visit the Technology Services staff in room 306B.
