I am a retired teacher from public schools, having taught for 27 years in a traditional classroom setting. I am now  focusing only on distance learning. I earned my bachelor's degree from Texas Tech back in the dark ages, graduating in 1988 with an Elementary Education degree. I taught elementary for five years and then decided to get my Spanish certification to teach high school. I taught high school Spanish for more than 20 years. I enjoy spending time with my two precious gifts from God, my granddaughters, Aaliyah, and Aavry. I enjoy traveling a little. I have been to Europe, and it was a wonderful experience.  I took a group of students twice when I was teaching in public school. I also am very involved in my church. I love to sing and play the piano, and I am currently on the church praise team.
