TTU K-12 Announces New
Student Information System

Over the last year, TTU K-12 staff has been working to implement a new student information system (SIS) to replace the current K-12 student/parent portal.

"We are pleased to announce that our new SIS (Focus) will launch in late summer," said Justin Louder, TTU K-12 interim superintendent. "Over the next several weeks and months, you will hear more about the new system and how it will make your TTU K-12 experience better."

Louder says the system will allow for more streamlined enrollments, course changes and access to downloadable grade reports.

"Focus will give parents more information on their students' progress toward completion and help school counselors and TTU K-12 partners serve their students more efficiently," he explained.

As launch date, scheduled for Monday, August 3, gets closer, students, parents and counselors will see emails and announcements on the TTU K-12 website, in the current portal, and on Blackboard with tutorials and videos explaining the new features available in Focus and how to use them.

"As always, we want to thank you for being part of the TTU K-12 community, and we look forward to showing you the new system soon," Louder added.
