New WTM Station Orla 20WSW

Station #159, COVI (Orla 20WSW), now online 20 miles west-southwest of Orla in the Rustler Hills of Culberson County, Texas.  Thank you to the Covington Ranch, and the National Weather Service offices in Midland and Lubbock, for helping to build.  Orla 20WSW is located 35 miles southeast of the Guadalupe Mountains (or 22 miles southwest of Red Bluff Reservoir).
