Raider Success Hub Launching Feb. 13

A new era of student success at Texas Tech University launches on Monday, Feb. 13 when Raider Success Hub will "Go Live" for the campus community. 
 

Feb. 10-12: Strive Read-Only Access

All Strive users will have read-only access during Raider Success Hub deployment between 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10 to 6 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13.

What does this mean?

During this time, users will only be able to view existing student information and advising records. This will ensure that all existing data is successfully migrated without missing any recently added data.

The following are recommended as possible options to manage your workflows during the transition:

• Keep your appointments as usual and document your notes in another location. Add your Notes when RSH goes live on February 13.
• Reschedule your appointments for that day and attend the Founders' Day Centennial Events.
   

Get Prepared with Training

There are a variety of training opportunities and modalities available to help users successfully learn how to use Raider Success Hub and leverage its powerful capabilities before launch. 
 

Instructor-Led Training

Don't wait! Register for instructor-led training via Cornerstone today. This hands-on, customized training will be offered both virtually and in person through Full and Bite-Sized sessions throughout January and February.

RR360 Trails

RR360 Trails, the Raider Success Hub asynchronous learning platform, is now available. New trails will be added regularly to enable users to skill up and become well-versed in how to efficiently use Raider Success Hub, so log in often.

Drop-In Help Sessions

As needed, Drop-in Help Sessions will be offered via Zoom for specific topics as new features continue to roll out. The first Drop-in Help Session to assist with Calendar Synchronization and Availability will start at 7 a.m. on Feb. 13. More information will be available soon.
