Executive Branch
The Executive Branch of the Student Government Association represents the student body, carries out SGA initiatives and works with university leadership on issues affecting Texas Tech students.
The branch is led by four student officers elected by the student body and supported by appointed student leaders who serve in the Executive Cabinet.

The elected executive officers serve during the 2026-27 academic year and represent students across Texas Tech University.

Grayson S. King
Student Body President

Grayson King serves as the 102nd Student Body President for the 2026-27 academic year. He is a senior majoring in finance with a minor in political science and is pursuing a certificate in real estate through the Rawls College of Business.
As president, he leads the Executive Branch, represents the student body and works with students and university leadership on priorities affecting the Texas Tech experience. His goals include strengthening SGA outreach and increasing engagement with students across campus.

Charleigh K. Feuerbacher
Internal Vice President

Charleigh Feuerbacher serves as Internal Vice President for the 2026-27 academic year. She is a junior studying agricultural and applied economics and general business through the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources and the Rawls College of Business.
The Internal Vice President works closely with the Student Senate and helps coordinate the internal operations of student government. Feuerbacher previously served as an at-large senator, participated on the Rules & Administration Committee and was involved with First Year Council.

Melanie R. Aguilar
External Vice President

Melanie Aguilar serves as External Vice President for the 2026-27 academic year. She is a junior majoring in agricultural communications with a minor in political science in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources.
The External Vice President focuses on relationships and initiatives beyond the internal operations of SGA. Aguilar's priorities include Red Raider civic engagement, youth and educational outreach and partnerships with the Lubbock community.
Prince Emmanuel
Graduate Vice President

Prince Emmanuel serves as Graduate Vice President for the 2026-27 academic year. He is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry.
The Graduate Vice President represents graduate student interests within SGA and works to connect graduate students with university resources and decision-making. Emmanuel previously represented graduate students in the Student Senate and served in Senate leadership roles.

Executive Cabinet
The Executive Cabinet supports the elected executive officers through specialized areas of student government. Cabinet members are appointed by the Student Body President and confirmed through the Student Senate.
