Mission

The CARE Committee is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and connected workplace culture that promotes the holistic well-being of all staff. Through advocacy, education, equitable access to resources, and wellness-focused initiatives, the committee empowers employees to thrive personally and professionally while supporting caregiver needs, promoting sustainable work practices, and strengthening engagement and connection across all campuses and work environments. The committee aims for staff to feel valued, engaged, knowledgeable, and empowered to succeed.

Vision

The vision of the CARE Committee is to foster a supportive workplace that promotes the holistic well-being of all TTU staff, regardless of location, through initiatives that enhance wellness and strengthen community.
