The Texas Tech University Staff Senate Grievance and Attendance Committee exists to promote accountability and professionalism among Staff Senators. The committee provides a fair, confidential, and impartial process for addressing concerns or conflicts that arise between senators and serves as a resource for resolving internal issues in alignment with Staff Senate policies and procedures. Through this work, the committee supports the integrity, effectiveness, and overall success of the Texas Tech University Staff Senate.
