Texas Tech University has partnered with Convera GlobalPay for Students and PayMyTuition to provide our international students with two streamlined options to make international tuition payments. Convera GlobalPay for Students and PayMyTuition offer competitive exchange rates and the convenience of being able to make payments in many international currencies through a local bank.

To make an international payment, log into your Raiderlink portal and select the “MyTech” tab. In the “Manage My Finances” section; select the “International Payment” option you prefer under “Student Business Services” to be redirected to the international payment vendor's website of your choice.

Texas Tech University does not accept overpayments on student accounts. Please transfer only the amount due to your student account to avoid payment delays.

Convera Payment Types

How to make a payment:

  • Login to your Raiderlink and select the “My Tech” tab. Under “Manage My Finances” section; select International Payments- Convera, under “Student Business Services” and you will be re-directed to Convera's GlobalPay for Students site, to initiate and complete your payment.
  • You will now be on the landing page of GPfS where you will begin your payment journey - Select the country paying from, the amount due to Texas Tech University will be pre-populated and click “get a quote.”
  • “Choose a Way to Pay” page - Select payment method you would like to pay by – Wire, Credit Card, or Mobile/Online Payment; WeChat, ALIPAY or other – Click “Next”
  • “Student Details” page – confirm information is correct and click “Next”
  • “Payer Details” page - Who will be making this payment? Enter required personal details as needed, check “Terms of Use” box, and then click “Proceed to Payment.”
  • “Make a Payment” page – Follow instructions provided, with respect to the payment method chosen. You may also select “Notify me by SMS” (payment tracking notifications by text, optional).
  • Complete your student payment online or in-person.

Texas Tech University has partnered with PayMyTuition for international tuition payments. With PayMyTuition, you can pay your tuition payments from any bank, in any country in any currency at better than bank exchange rates. PayMyTuition is fast, simple, and cost effective.

To get started with your international payment, log into your Raiderlink portal and select the “My Tech” tab. Within the “Manage My Finances” segment, locate the “Student Business Services” section and select “International Payments – PayMyTuition” to be redirected to your payment portal.

You may also access Texas Tech's PayMyTuition portal directly by clicking on the button below. Alternatively, you may go to www.paymytuition.com, click on “Make a Payment” from the top of the screen, and locate Texas Tech from the list of institutions.
