Laura Whitley is a transformational leader in the financial services industry with expertise in building and managing global businesses. During her successful 34-year career with Bank of America, she was president of Global Commercial Banking, Private Banking & Consumer Banking Services leading 30,000 teammates serving over 50 million clients. As a member of the firm's operating committee, Laura collaborated with the CEO and partners on strategic initiatives, saving $2 billion in expenses while improving client service. She held securities principal licenses, was featured on CNBC and Bloomberg, authored industry publications and received several banking industry recognition awards.

Laura serves on the board of directors of Texas Capital Bank, Inc. and World Vision and is the chief financial officer of Urban Strategies.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech in 1983.

Laura and her husband John reside in Dallas and are the proud parents of three wonderful young adults.
