Student Union & Activities and Tech Activities Board (the programming board for the SUB) plan several outreach events per semester. Here's what's coming up for Spring 2014:

“Before I Graduate” Wall
January 14-17
In front of SUB CopyMail (Wednesday in SUB Courtyard)
An interactive installment that allows you to get in touch with your college career and future goals. 
Join TAB to write your goals on the “Before I Graduate” wall and write your future self a letter!

Blood Drive
February 6-7
SUB Lubbock Room
Join TAB on February 6 and 7 for the Blood Drive from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm to donate blood to Lubbock’s United Blood Services.  You can pre-register at  Walk-ins will also be welcome based on appointment availability.

Diversity Week
April 14-18
Locations TBD

A week dedicated to celebrating and understanding the importance of diversity throughout the community and Texas Tech University.  Join TAB, along with student organizations and departments across campus, to celebrate diversity all week long! The week will end with a showing of the movie “Life in a Day”, a documentary by National Geographic Entertainment, YouTube, Ridley Scott and Tony Scott, and people like you all over the world.

Operation Care Package
May 1
SUB Matador Room
Come out and enjoy patriotic music from Tech’s own singer/songwriters while assembling care packages that will be sent to our troops.  Look for collection barrels during the week of April 21-25 all over campus.
