If you have not attended Texas Tech previously, submit a transfer application through
www.goapplytexas.org or www.commonapp.org. Texas Tech University has no preference on which application is submitted, but you
should only submit one and indicate on the application that you are seeking a second
degree.
If you have attended Texas Tech University previously, submit the Former Tech application
on RaiderConnect. When prompted, please select that you have earned a bachelor’s degree and wish to
earn another bachelor’s degree.
$75 Application Fee. Application fee waivers are not accepted.
Official transcripts from every institution attended should be sent either electronically
or by mail from the institution(s) to the address below. The date and type of bachelor's
degree must be reflected on the appropriate transcript. Texas Tech students who graduated
with their bachelor's degree from Texas Tech do not need to send this transcript.
If the transcript service you use is requesting an email address to deliver your document
to Texas Tech, please have it sent to: admissions.transcripts@ttu.edu
Approval from the academic college is required for all Second Undergraduate Degrees.
We will request the approval after your file is complete.
Please Note:
Applicants cannot pursue a second degree in undecided or pre-professionl academic
programs, or an academic program that they have already received a bachelor's degree
in.
