After more than two decades at the Texas Tech's College of Agricultural Sciences and
Natural Resources, Ramona Johnson is retiring. The college's long-time coordinator for undergraduate programs was honored
at a special reception on Wednesday (May 14) at the McKenzie Merket Alumni Center. Johnson, who first joined CASNR in 1991, has
received numerous awards over the years including the Cardinal Key National Honor
Society Recognition Award-Spring (1994); Top Techsan (1997); Quality Service Award (2000); Texas Tech Collegiate FFA Staff Member of the Semester Award-Fall (2004); Texas Tech ACT Staff Member of the Semester-Fall (2004) CASNR Staff Award (2005); President's Excellence in Academic Advising Award (2006); and CASNR AG Council Outstanding Agricultural Staff Award Spring (2004) and Fall (2011).
